Fulton County Commissioners voted Jan. 13 to approve the 2025–2030 Franklin/Fulton Grant Agreement (#4100101172) with the Pennsylvania Department of Drug & Alcohol Programs that designates Franklin County as the single-county authority to operate and administer the regional Drug & Alcohol Program.
Julie Dovey, executive development director, presented the agreement and asked the board to approve Franklin County acting as the single-county authority for the Drug & Alcohol Program covering Franklin and Fulton counties. Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to approve and execute the agreement; the motion passed by voice vote.
The approval authorizes county execution of the agreement and related administrative responsibilities as set out in the grant document. Commissioners did not record additional conditions or amendments to the agreement during the meeting.
Next steps: the county will execute the signed agreement and proceed with the administrative actions required by the Department of Drug & Alcohol Programs under the grant.
