Paul Godfrey, a board member, moved to recess the Board of Education meeting so the Finance Corporation could convene; Brandy Armstrong seconded the motion and the board recorded a unanimous vote in favor. The Finance Corporation session was then called to order.
During the Finance Corporation meeting, Godfrey moved that the corporation approve officers for 2025: Guy Wallace for president, Kim Iman as vice-chairman and Paul Mullins as secretary. Brandy Armstrong seconded the motion; the roll call recorded all five members — Paul Godfrey, Kimbley Iman, Heather Sharpensteen, Guy Wallace and Brandy Armstrong — voting yes.
The corporation then voted to approve the meeting minutes of Jan. 16, 2024. Godfrey moved the motion and Heather Sharpensteen seconded; the motion passed with the same unanimous tally. The Finance Corporation adjourned after a motion by Sharpensteen, seconded by Godfrey, and the board returned to regular session.
All actions taken during the Finance Corporation meeting were procedural and approved by unanimous vote; no amendments, public testimony or contested items were recorded in the transcript.
