Chairman Steve McKinnon called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. Commissioners Donald O. Grantham (District Two), Adam Enfinger (District Three) and Frankie Wilson (District Four) were present; District One Commissioner Chris Carroll was absent. Commissioner Wilson opened with prayer and Commissioner Enfinger led the Pledge of Allegiance.
The commission unanimously approved the agenda, the Dec. 9, 2025 meeting minutes and the memorandum of warrants, which the minutes list as Accounts Payable checks 104171–104405, Payroll checks 155066–155070 and Direct Deposits 434835–435298. Commissioner Adam Enfinger made the motion to approve the agenda and minutes; Commissioner Frankie Wilson seconded.
