Chairman Steve McKinnon called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. Commissioner Chris Carroll moved to approve the meeting agenda with additions; Commissioner Adam Enfinger seconded, and the motion passed with all members voting aye.
The commission approved personnel and travel items, including the promotion of Juan Hernandez to Equipment Operator III in Road & Bridge and staff training and travel requests.
