Staff reports Dominion transmission plan, Courthouse Solar purchase and Randolph Solar hearing date

Staff told the Planning Commission that the Board of Supervisors scheduled a June 1 public hearing on Randolph Solar, Dominion Energy presented on a proposed Butler Farm Transmission Line crossing Charlotte County and announced purchase of the Courthouse Solar project, and staff said work on the comprehensive plan survey will continue in June.

Staff reported the Board of Supervisors had received the commission’s recommendation on Randolph Solar and scheduled a public hearing for June 1. Staff said Dominion Energy presented to the Board on a proposed Butler Farm Transmission Line that would cross Charlotte County and also announced Dominion’s purchase of the Courthouse Solar project. Staff added that work on the county’s comprehensive plan community survey will continue during June.
