Fulton County commissioners approve Jan. 13 minutes, payroll and $159,968.15 in payables

Commissioner Randy H. Bunch called the meeting to order and moved to approve the Jan. 13 Commissioners' Minutes and the Jan. 13 Salary Board Minutes; both motions were approved unanimously, recorded in the meeting minutes as 'All in favor.' Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve accounts payable dated Jan. 20, 2026, totaling $159,968.15; the motion carried 'All in favor.' The board recorded a fund-by-fund breakdown in the minutes, which showed $140,001.80 from the General Fund and smaller amounts from Liquid Fuels, 911, Debt Service and other funds.
Commissioner Hann also moved to approve payroll dated Jan. 23, 2026, in the amount of $126,747.73; that motion likewise passed with unanimous approval. The minutes list the full totals but do not attribute individual roll-call votes beyond the notation 'All in favor.'
During the Treasurer's Office update, Interim County Treasurer Amy Bishop requested and received approval of several County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania (CCAP) items: the 2026 CCAP Eighth Class Dues invoice for $10,323.00; a credit card approval form for Prothonotary Stephanie Sherman; the 2026–2027 CCAP PCorP renewal application (presented by insurance agent Bobby Snyder); and the CCAP PComp second installment invoice for $5,575.00 toward a total county contribution of $22,300.00. Commissioners voted to approve and execute the presented forms and invoices; meeting minutes record the motions as passing 'All in favor.'
The meeting record shows two brief executive sessions convened for personnel matters (one at 11:22 a.m. with a five-minute recess; a second beginning at 11:30 a.m. and ending at 1:10 p.m.). The commissioners adjourned the meeting at 1:36 p.m.
