The council approved the Feb. 4, 2026 minutes (motion by Councilor Brian Nielson, seconded by Councilor Kim Pickett) and approved bills totaling $136,249.19 for the period ending Feb. 13, 2026 (motion by Councilor Donald Childs; the transcript does not specify the second). The council later voted to enter a closed meeting to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation and/or real property purchase, exchange or lease (motion by Councilor Kim Pickett, seconded by Councilor Donald Childs) and then returned from closed session at 7:28 p.m. The meeting was adjourned on a motion by Councilor Brian Nielson, seconded by Councilor Kim Pickett, and the roll call showed all council members in favor.
