Fulton County approves five-year lease and IT services contract with Elect IT Solutions

Fulton County commissioners on Dec. 23 approved a five-year lease for office space at 101 Lincoln Way West in McConnellsburg and authorized a scope-of-work agreement with Elect IT Solutions for IT staffing and support.
The lease will cost $250 per month with no scheduled increases and becomes effective when the space is available, the board said. Commissioners voted to approve SOW # ETM12042025-001 for IT staffing and support services and also approved a $784.22 quote from Amazon for a View Station for the Treasurer’s Office. The CCAP PComp first-installment invoice (INVO62458) for $5,575.00 was also approved during the same meeting.
Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve the lease and the SOW; motions were recorded as approved 'All in favor' by the commissioners present. Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to approve the Amazon quote for the Treasurer’s View Station. The meeting record notes Elect IT Solutions representatives Rick Grissinger and Nelson Witmer attended to present the items.
The actions are routine procurement and contracting to secure on-site space and ongoing IT support; the lease establishes a low monthly rental rate for county use and the SOW formalizes vendor staffing support. The board also approved routine payroll and fund disbursements earlier in the meeting.
Next steps: the lease will take effect when the space at 101 Lincoln Way West becomes available, and the county will proceed with the SOW and the View Station purchase as authorized.
