The Fulton County Board of Commissioners approved a series of routine administrative items at its Feb. 10 meeting, including minutes, vendor payments, a travel request, vehicle maintenance and a certification statement.
Commissioner Steven L. Wible moved to approve the Feb. 3, 2026 commissioners' minutes and the Jan. 27, 2026 Retirement Board minutes; both motions passed with all in favor. Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve account payables dated Feb. 3, 2026, totaling $91,872.06 across funds (General Fund $75,212.91; Capital Projects $12,500.00; other smaller fund balances recorded). The motion carried unanimously.
Other approved items included a travel request for Christine McQuade, director of Services for Children, to attend the Chief Justice Max Baer's Children's Roundtable Summit in Hershey, Pa., April 22–24, 2026 (motion by Commissioner Randy H. Bunch); a Citgo tire quote of $640 for four tires for a Services for Children vehicle (motion by Commissioner Hervey P. Hann); and a Certification Statement for the fourth quarter of 2025 submitted by Services for Children Fiscal Technician Stephanie Mellott (motion by Commissioner Steven L. Wible). The board adjourned at 11:20 a.m.
Each motion was recorded as "all in favor" in the meeting minutes; no dissenting votes were listed.
