Kennedy Boulevard in Jersey City, and another establishing traffic-calming devices on Newark and Monroe/Grove streets in Hoboken. Each ordinance was passed on introduction by roll call.
On final adoption of an ordinance authorizing salary increases for certain county offices and staff, Commissioner William O'Dea recorded a no vote and explained he preferred annual consideration of salary schedules rather than multi-year approvals; the ordinance otherwise passed on final vote. The meeting's consent agenda and minutes for prior caucus and regular meetings were approved by roll call.
