BUFFALO COUNTY, Neb. — The Buffalo County Board of Commissioners on Oct. 28 adopted a veterans proclamation and approved a series of fiscal and administrative actions during a meeting chaired by Sherry L. Morrow.
Commissioner Timothy Higgins moved to adopt Resolution 2025‑65, Operation Green Light for Veterans, designating Nov. 4–11, 2025, as a time for the county and residents to recognize transitioning service members; Chairperson Sherry L. Morrow read the proclamation and the motion carried on a roll call vote of the six members present.
