County approves 2026 health insurance rates, stop‑loss and dental plan

After discussion, the board voted to accept the recommended 2026 health insurance rates and coverages and approved stop‑loss coverage with HM Life for the 2026 plan year. Commissioners also approved new dental rates under an agreement with MetLife Dental. Each motion passed on roll call with Commissioners Kouba, Higgins, Klein, Loeffelholz, Lynch and Maendele voting “Aye” and Sherry Morrow absent.
