Both motions carried.
The meeting then proceeded to staff reports and program updates, including veteran services caseloads, nutrition programming for seniors, financial and food-bank statistics, clinical-service waitlists, and children-and-family services concerns. The board set its next regular meeting for April 6, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. and adjourned at 2:09 p.m.
