Fulton County approves TelePlus maintenance plan, Elect IT addenda and pension-related invoices

Fulton County commissioners on Dec. 9 approved a set of vendor and pension-related contract actions. Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve a TelePlus Protection System Extended Service Agreement (Silver Maintenance Coverage Plan) for $14,040.56, effective Jan. 1–Dec. 31, 2026. The motion passed unanimously.
The board also approved three Elect IT contract addenda for 2026: Addendum A (IT staffing and support services), Addendum B (Managed Backup Services), and Addendum C (IT/cyber security awareness & phishing simulations). Nelson Witmer, president/CEO of Elect IT Solutions, presented the addenda before the board approved them.
Separately, the commissioners approved two invoices from Conrad Siegel Inc.: $5,700.00 for actuarial services covering July–December 2025 to be paid from the Charles Schwab Pension Account and $3,844.25 for investment advisory services rendered July 1–Sept. 30, 2025 to be paid from plan assets. Motions for the Conrad Siegel invoices were made by Commissioner Randy H. Bunch and recorded as "All in favor."
These actions provide for vendor-supported IT services and security training, continued maintenance coverage for existing protection systems, and payment for pension actuarial and advisory services as recorded in the county meeting minutes.
