Fulton County commissioners on Dec. 23 approved a five-year lease with Elect IT Solutions for office space at 101 Lincoln Way West in McConnellsburg at $250 per month and authorized a statement of work for IT staffing and support services.
Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve the lease; the motion passed unanimously. Commissioners met with Rick Grissinger and Nelson Witmer of Elect IT Solutions (Witmer appearing via Zoom) during the meeting, and the board approved SOW # ETM12042025-001 to secure IT staffing and support services for the county.
The board also approved a $784.22 quote submitted by Grissinger to purchase a View Station for the Treasurer's Office. The county’s acceptance of the lease and SOW is intended to provide a fixed monthly rent and vendor-supported IT services; timing for occupancy will be when the space becomes available.
The meeting record shows all motions on these items carried with the notation “All in favor.” No roll-call tallies were recorded in the transcript.
