The Fulton County commissioners on Jan. 27 authorized several project and procurement actions, including a delegation of signing authority for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Entitlement Contract Number C000095314 for $218,719.00. Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to delegate execution of the contract to HR Administrator Mary Huston, Commissioner Steven L. Wible and Commissioner Randy H. Bunch; the motion carried unanimously.
The board also accepted a CES Engineering quote to provide professional engineering services for the Warfordsburg Senior Center project. The scope listed in the minutes includes restroom renovations, installation of a new security camera system, and a mill-and-overlay project for the existing parking lot, driveway and accessible walking path. Commissioner Steven L. Wible moved to accept the quote and the motion passed with all in favor.
Separately, the board amended the agenda to add and then approved a county credit card authorization form submitted by Fiscal Administrator Sue Reed to allow Mapping and Planning Director Thomas Peppernick to make departmental purchases. All motions on these items were recorded as unanimous.
