Fulton County commissioners approve $234,913.72 in bills, outline fund allocations

The Fulton County Board of Commissioners voted unanimously Jan. 27 to approve account payables dated Jan. 27, 2026, totaling $234,913.72, the board record shows. Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved for approval and the motion carried with all in favor.
The register lists $145,851.38 to the General Fund and allocates the remainder across several funds, including $30,555.07 to the 911 fund, $27,752.25 to Medical Assistance Transportation, $14,148.95 to Debt Service and smaller amounts to funds labeled 231 (Evidence Based Practice), 235 (Law Library), 262 (Act 13 Marcellus Shale Recreational), 300 (Capital Projects) and others. The meeting minutes record the total for all funds as $234,913.72.
Commissioners also approved, without recorded dissent, an invoice for the Fulton County Tax Collectors Blanket Bond through Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America for $3,313.00 and an Elect IT Solutions invoice for IT staffing and support for February 2026. The board accepted an Election Integrity Grant Program post-election report listing total expenditures of $84,443.55 and retroactively approved execution of the ERAP 2 County Expenditure Certification Form for the Emergency Rental Assistance Program.
