Executive Development Director Julie Dovey presented the agreement, and Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to approve and execute it. The motion passed with all commissioners recorded as in favor.
The five-year agreement covers the period 2025–2030 and was described to the board as a mechanism for Franklin County to administer program operations on behalf of Franklin and Fulton counties. The motion and approval were captured in the minutes without further discussion of funding amounts or operational details.
Next steps: the executed grant agreement will be filed with the Department of Drug & Alcohol Programs as the counties implement the single-county-authority structure.
