Fulton County approves Food Basket sub‑agreement to administer state food purchase program; signs off on travel, vehicle and certification requests

Hann moved to approve a Citgo tire quote of $640.00 for four new tires for a Services for Children vehicle so it can pass inspection; that motion carried (All in favor). Commissioner Steven L. Wible moved to approve the Certification Statement for the fourth quarter of 2025 submitted by Services for Children Fiscal Technician Stephanie Mellott; the motion carried (All in favor).
Earlier in the meeting, the board approved account payables dated Feb. 3, 2026 totaling $91,872.06 with a fund breakdown listed in the minutes (General Fund $75,212.91; SFC Technology Grant $153.17; SFC Evidence Based Practice $492.80; Law Library $172.69; 911 $2,546.01; Domestic Relations $794.48; Capital Projects $12,500.00). The meeting also included a Chief 360 Mobile demonstration by McConnellsburg Volunteer Fire Chief Pete Lynch, local resident Jim Pittman and EMA/911 Director Brian Barton; no action resulted from the demonstration. The meeting adjourned at 11:20 a.m.
