Fulton County commissioners on Feb. 24 approved a slate of routine consent items including account payables totaling $205,405.27 and several vendor and program payments.
Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve the account payables dated Feb. 24, 2026; the minutes list fund-level breakdowns including $118,593.19 in the General Fund, $37,673.00 in Medical Assistance Transportation, $15,744.05 in SFC Evidence Based Practice and multiple smaller funds. The motion carried with all three commissioners recorded as voting in favor.
Other consent actions recorded in the minutes included approval of a Purchase of Service Agreement with Pressley Ridge for child welfare services (effective Feb. 11–June 30, 2026); approval of an Elect IT Solutions invoice for $10,198.00 for March 2026 IT staffing and support; approval of a CCAP PComp third installment payment of $5,575.00 toward a $22,300.00 total contribution; and approval of a report of county fees for local use to be submitted to PennDOT.
Commissioners also approved an invoice from Huntingdon County for the remainder of an NTIA project contribution in the amount of $270,000.00 (the minutes note $90,000 previously paid), and approved submission of a 2026 compensation plan from Services for Children Director Christine McQuade to the state. A recycling event flyer and dates were approved for March 18 (12 p.m.–5 p.m.) and March 21 (9 a.m.–1 p.m.) at 610 East North Street, McConnellsburg.
All consent motions were recorded as carried 'all in favor.' The meeting adjourned at 11:15 a.m.
