County department leaders report on accreditation, grants, staffing and budget timeline

Treasurer Jim Bahnsen reported first‑half tax collections are complete and announced a transition to a new online payment provider. Several departments noted staffing adjustments, training initiatives and ongoing efforts to improve ADA compliance and service access.
