- Generator preventive maintenance: The board approved a new three-year preventative maintenance agreement (2026–2028) with Interstate Power Systems for the MTU emergency generator at the Sheriff's Office (Serial No. 335671-1-0811), with annual service and prior authorization required for additional repairs.
- Sunquist Picnic Shelter final payment: Final payment to Trevor Rosenbrook Construction (Invoice 794 for $10,814.87) was approved contingent on receipt of the IC-134 form for the contractor. The minutes state the payment approval was contingent on documentation.
- AMC conference attendance: The board approved commissioner attendance at the Association of Minnesota Counties conference Oct. 23, 2025, in Worthington, MN.
