The board rescinded the Sept. 16 authorization for a direct purchase not to exceed $45,000 and then approved a direct purchase of a late-model Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Crew Cab 4WD (or comparable) not to exceed $55,000, to be funded from the Motor Pool Fund and Aquatic Invasive Species (AIS)/Buffer accounts as applicable. Commissioner Jackie Meier moved to rescind the earlier motion; Commissioner Mark Carlson seconded the motion to both rescind and approve the new purchase cap; motions carried.
