Buffalo County authorizes keno satellite at Buffalo Ridge Golf Course

Michael Nevrivy, identified in the minutes as president of Nebraska Keno, Inc., presented the agreement. Commissioner Timothy Higgins moved and Commissioner Bill Maendele seconded approval; the Board adopted Resolution 2025-07 by recorded unanimous vote. The resolution cites the County's authority under Neb. Rev. Stat. §23-104(6) and §23-103 and authorizes the chairman to sign the county lottery sales outlet location application on behalf of the Board.
