Board sets testing, training and announces district meeting date

Lawrence Clark announced the South Central District meeting of the Electoral Board Association will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Sept. 7, 2019 at Marino’s Restaurant in Victoria, Virginia. Ms. Lambert said Logic and Accuracy testing on the polling equipment will be carried out on Sept. 19 and that she will notify each political party of the date and time so they may have a representative present.
Ms. Lambert also noted that training for Officers of Election on the new electronic poll books is included in the DemTech bid; she said she will notify the board when training is arranged. These items were recorded as new business and routine administrative follow-up in the minutes.
