Langley Road reopens after 48‑inch pipe replacement; asphalt patching awaits warmer weather

The remaining work is to patch the asphalt surface; Faulkenberry said that patching will wait until warmer weather allows paving operations.
The committee recorded no additional motion or vote specific to the Langley Road change order in the minutes.
