Fulton County approves reappointments, vendor invoices and a wellness grant application; no bids for McConnellsburg property

At its Nov. 25 meeting the Fulton County Board of Commissioners approved a range of administrative actions: reappointments for Gene Mellott and Mark Knepper to the Conservation District; payment approvals for EPayment Now dog licenses ($2,363.50), William Penn Printing ($4,487.70), Elect IT Solutions IT staffing and support for December ($9,854.00), and HART license and support ($11,815.00); and authorization for Interim Treasurer Amy Bishop to obtain a county credit card.
The board also approved a CCAP PCoRP final installment contribution of $45,442 (part of a total contribution of $151,474) and authorized a Wellness Improvement Program grant application requesting $1,769.60 to reimburse drinking water ($393.75) and purchase an AED ($1,376.25) for a newly purchased building at 101 Lincoln Way West, McConnellsburg. A bid opening for the sale of 119 North Second Street, McConnellsburg produced no bids.
All motions were recorded as unanimous. Commissioners noted that separate minutes exist for the Election Board meeting and the Safety Committee meeting referenced on the agenda.
