Hann moved to permit Newman to work the equivalent of 30 hours per week and qualify for full‑time benefits, citing additional duties assigned by the state in connection with the Disabled Veterans Real Estate Tax Exemption. The motion passed unanimously.
Commissioners directed Huston to return with formal written amendments for official approval at a later meeting. The minutes record no opposition or recorded abstentions.
