The grant amount — $230,699.51 — is designated for the following projects as listed in the grant: SouthCentral Mountain CAD Maintenance, SouthCentral Mountain CHE Maintenance, SouthCentral Mountain ESInet Maintenance, Fulton NG911 GIS Maintenance, SouthCentral Mountain Battery Upgrade, and Fulton ILEC Maintenance.
Separately, Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to hire Troy Wagaman as a Per Diem 911 Dispatcher, effective pending required clearances. The board approved the hire unanimously, and a brief Salary Board meeting later set the new hire's salary. The hire and the grant approval were reported together during the commissioners' discussion of EMA/911 matters.
