Later in the meeting, Secretary Robert Bradner moved to adjourn. The motion, seconded by Vice‑Chair Clark and unanimously approved, was acted on by Chair Foster, who adjourned the meeting at 6:00 p.m. The board recorded that it will reconvene at 1:00 p.m. on July 28, 2020.
