The Oneida County Planning & Development Committee voted Feb. 4 to approve a Preliminary Second Addendum for Unit 11 of Holiday Haven Condominium, a property listed as PIN TL-3805 at 6882 Holiday Haven Lane in the Town of Three Lakes.
Planning & Zoning Director Karl Jennrich introduced the item and Land Use Specialist Scott Ridderbusch read the staff report into the record. Ridderbusch told the committee the file contains correspondence from the Town of Three Lakes stating the town had no concerns about the proposed addendum.
The committee approved the addendum with the three conditions listed in the staff report. The motion was made by Committee Member Billy Fried and seconded by Mitchell Ives. With all members present voting “Aye,” the motion carried.
The committee’s action addresses amendments to the condominium’s legal description and ownership record as submitted by Maines & Associates on behalf of owner Chantel Kuczmarski; surveyor Greg Maines was identified as the submitting surveyor. The record describes the unit as part of Government Lot 3 and part of NW NE, Section 11, T38N, R11E.
No public comment was recorded on the item. The committee did not reserve additional follow-up or remand the matter; staff will proceed under the conditions adopted by the committee.
