The Oneida County Land Records Committee on Feb. 10 approved the Town of Minocqua's request to acquire the remainder of a County‑owned excess right‑of‑way strip along Narrows Road (parcel MI‑2330‑5).
Sara Chiamulera explained that easements will be included in the conveyance deed to ensure access across the parcel for landowners to the west and south. The Town of Minocqua had paid $100 toward the parcel; the committee approved conveyance conditioned on payment of the standard $250 administrative fee plus a $30 recording fee. Kyle Timmons moved to approve the conveyance with easements and the specified fees; Chris Schultz seconded. The minutes record the vote as "All ayes." The committee directed staff to forward a resolution to the County Board as a consent agenda item.
No public comment was recorded during consideration of the conveyance.
