IT Director Jason Rhodes reviewed ITS planning, noted ongoing grant applications the department is pursuing, and mentioned staff changes. Treasurer Tara Ostermann and Administrative Coordinator/County Clerk Tracy Hartman confirmed their budget-to-actual materials are included in the meeting packet.
