The Erie County Board of Commissioners on Feb. 25 presented a retirement certificate to Steven Alt, who served 25 years in the Income Maintenance Department of the Erie County Department of Job and Family Services.
Job and Family Services Director AJ Lill introduced the recognition and described Alt as a reliable, committed employee who took pride in serving Erie County residents and who spent additional time representing colleagues as a union representative while maintaining professionalism. The Board extended its appreciation and well wishes to Alt in retirement.
The certificate of retirement was executed during the meeting; subsequent agenda business proceeded with a series of resolutions and administrative approvals.
