Project Cowboy was characterized as a food-manufacturing operation and a direct supplier to the Trader Joe’s distribution center, with an estimated $8.5 million investment and 60 to 70 jobs in the first two years and roughly 250 jobs projected over 10 years; average hourly rates were listed between $24 and $50. Project Liberty was described as an expansion of a longstanding local industry with about $14 million in production equipment investment and roughly 78 new jobs, with an hourly wage cited at $29.67.
