Commissioner Carroll Rauhuff moved to accept the final agenda; Commissioner Aaron Foster seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
Earlier in the session Commissioner Rauhuff also moved to adjourn; Commissioner Barbara Parton seconded and the motion was adopted. The meeting was called to order by Commissioner Crow Ogle at 5:03 PM and adjourned at 5:13 PM. No recorded dissents, abstentions or recusals appear in the transcript.
