Sevier County Beer Board approves minutes, notes renewals; Red Jasper Beer Garden listed for sale

Waters also asked Greg Houk whether he wished to extend his term on the board; Houk told the board he agreed to remain for another year. The transcript records Houk’s agreement but does not show a formal motion or vote to extend his term.
County Clerk Adra Rowland informed the board that Red Jasper Beer Garden, at 2135 Wears Valley Road in Sevierville, is currently up for sale; Rowland said future permit applications for that location would need to go through a new permit process under county rules.
The meeting closed after a motion to adjourn by Dale Hill, which the minutes show was seconded by Chris Young and recorded as passing unanimously.
