CHARLOTTE, Tenn. — The Dickson County Commission met May 19, 2025, and by unanimous voice votes approved a series of budget and staffing actions, including amendments to county funds (excluding school funds), two capital outlay note issues and several appointments to county boards and departments.
The meeting opened at 7:00 P.M. in the Buford L. (Booty) Reed Jr. County Commission Chamber with County Mayor and Chairman Bob Rial leading the flag salute; the invocation was led by Dickson County Sheriff Tim Eades. County Clerk Luanne Greer called the roll and recorded ten commissioners present and two absent.
The commission first approved the April 21, 2025 minutes on a motion by Commissioner Mike Petty, seconded by Commissioner Dwight McIllwain.
