Supervisors also approved FY21 amendments, supplements and transfers totaling $330,848 as part of fiscal year-end reporting. That motion was made by Randy Johnson, seconded by Karen Hodock, and carried by roll call.

• Resolution: New River Valley Criminal Justice Academy — Adopted a resolution declaring membership and authorized the County Administrator to sign on behalf of the board; motion by Randy Johnson, seconded by Adam Kidd; passed unanimously.
• Health Department funds retention — Authorized the Health Department to retain FY21 encumbered funds, allocating $10,000 to assist services in FY22 and $31,320.45 to be applied to the FY23 local allocation; motion by Randy Johnson, seconded by Adam Kidd; roll call unanimous.
