The motion passed unanimously, with Commissioners Taylor, Mascaro and Butterfield recorded as voting Yes.
The letter, as read, referenced recent personal attacks and accusations that the mayor had been "lying and being deceitful" about her handling of town business; the minute entry records no rebuttal or response from the mayor at the meeting.
