Fulton County to replace 20-year-old dispatch clocks, fund regional support and approve two-year Hazmat agreement

After discussion, Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to approve a quote from ComPros to supply and install two dispatch clocks, including hardware and installation, for $4,940.00. The motion was approved by voice vote.
Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve and execute the 2026 Mission Critical Partners Regional Support Contract for Professional Services; Barton noted the contract is fully grant funded. The board approved the contract by voice vote.
On hazardous-materials preparedness, Commissioner Bunch moved to approve a two-year Hazmat Team agreement with McCutcheon Enterprises, Inc., with payment amounts of $2,500 for fiscal year 2026 and $7,500 for fiscal year 2027; the motion carried.
Separately, the board revised Section 213 of the county HR Manual to require employees to submit a request to the commissioners in advance if they wish to use their own vehicle for county business, explaining why they seek to use a personal vehicle; Commissioner Hann moved the revision and it passed on voice vote.
The meeting also recorded routine approvals including payroll and fund disbursement listings. The meeting adjourned at 11:21 a.m.
