Commissioners approve routine minutes, payables, personnel actions and set planning dates

Fulton County commissioners handled a slate of routine but required actions during their Dec. 30 meeting in McConnellsburg.
The board approved the Dec. 23, 2025 meeting minutes and authorized account payables dated Dec. 30, 2025 totaling $112,913.87 ($98,764.92 from the General Fund, $14,148.95 from Debt Service). The board approved the December pension report as presented by HR Administrator Mary Huston.
Commissioners approved an agreement to retain Keller Engineer, Inc. for the 2026 fiscal year and indicated the formal appointment will be made at the Reorganizational Meeting on Jan. 6, 2026. Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to approve Planning Commission meeting dates for FY 2026 as presented by Justin Evans for advertisement in the Fulton County Newspaper.
A brief Salary Board convened at 9:48 a.m. to set the salary for the newly hired per-diem 911 dispatcher. The board entered an executive session at 10:01 a.m. for personnel matters and exited at 10:29 a.m. The meeting adjourned at 11:15 a.m.
