Fulton County commissioners approved a 5-year lease with Elect IT Solutions and a separate IT staffing and support statement of work during their Dec. 23 meeting.
Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve a five-year lease with Elect IT Solutions for office space at 101 Lincoln Way West in McConnellsburg at $250 per month with no scheduled increases; the board approved the lease on a voice vote.
The board also approved SOW # ETM12042025-001, a statement of work between Elect IT Solutions and the county for IT staffing and support services. Commissioners reviewed a related quote from Rick Grissinger of Elect IT Solutions for a View Station intended for the treasurer's office; Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to purchase the unit for $784.22 from Amazon and the motion was approved.
The approvals were presented during a meeting with Elect IT representatives Rick Grissinger and Nelson Witmer (the latter joining via Zoom). The transcript does not specify contract start dates or whether the lease takes effect immediately upon occupancy; the lease motion notes it "takes effect when the space is available." The motions were recorded as approved by voice vote with the board stating "All in favor."
Next steps: the county will execute the lease and the SOW and arrange delivery/installation of the View Station for the treasurer's office.
