CHARLOTTE COUNTY — During public comment June 2, Hazel Bowman Smith, a member of the Board of Supervisors, informed the Charlotte County Electoral Board that the county redistricting plan had not yet been approved and urged the board to recover documentation related to missing voter applications and to inform the public.

Board members also agreed to revisit scheduling at the July meeting so Secretary Mr. Fane can participate in planning visits to polling locations and coordinate notification steps.
