Mikel Armitage, the county IT director, presented the April 2024 status report; Daylen Rivers, jail administrator, reviewed the Criminal Justice Authority meeting held May 9; neither item required board action. Emergency Manager Mike Honigsberg reported storm damage in District 1 and was asked to obtain cost estimates for replacing one tower and for replacing three towers and to coordinate with Highway Superintendent Jacob Price and county property insurer ACCO.
On formal actions, Commissioner Clarence Maly moved — and the board approved — multiple items including two driveway entrance permits, approval of Garfield County Sheriff’s credit card expenditures of $136.26, and payroll and benefits warrants that included the county share of benefits totaling $256,811.42.…
