Ten Mile Planning Commission approves minutes and agenda, discusses Comprehensive Master Plan
Summary
At its Dec. 12, 2024 meeting the commission approved the Oct. 10, 2024 Summary of Motions and the meeting agenda by 3-0 votes, discussed the Comprehensive Master Plan adaptation process and recruitment for commission membership, and adjourned at 6:08 p.m.
The Ten Mile Planning Commission approved routine meeting items and heard staff reminders about the Comprehensive Master Plan at its Dec. 12, 2024 meeting.
Commissioner Ross Sheely moved to approve the Summary of Motions from the Oct. 10, 2024 meeting; Commissioner Steve Alberico seconded. The minutes were approved 3-0. The same motion/second pattern approved the meeting agenda; the commission recorded a 3-0 vote on the agenda.
During discussion items, planning staff member Simon Corson urged commissioners to review the Comprehensive Master Plan on the Blueprint Summit County website and to focus on the plan's goals and policies sections before sharing feedback with staff. Susan Lee encouraged commissioners to suggest or recommend new members for the Ten Mile Planning Commission.
With business complete, Commissioner Ross Sheely moved to adjourn; Commissioner Steve Alberico seconded and the meeting was adjourned at 6:08 p.m.
