Ten Mile Planning Commission recommends BOCC approve A‑Lift hotel site plan with conditions

Staff recommended approval of PLN24-039 with findings that the application complies with Summit County zoning regulations, County Road & Bridge standards, County Subdivision Regulations and any prior approvals still in effect. The staff report also listed five conditions the commission required before building permits or certificates of occupancy are issued.
Those conditions include: completion of a Class 6 Lot Line Adjustment to relocate the boundary between Tracts 1 and 2 prior to any building permits; completion of construction for T22 and T24 to the County’s satisfaction before any Certificates of Occupancy for A‑Lift components; provision of the T23 winter trail access before any hotel portion can receive a Certificate of Occupancy (the resort owner will manage that trail); a grading permit with a calculation of site disturbance; and execution of a Site Plan Improvements Agreement, Access Agreement and License Agreement acceptable to the County Attorney prior to building permits.
Commissioner Ross Sheely moved to recommend BOCC approval of the application described in the staff report; Commissioner Kelsy Withrow seconded. The motion passed with a vote recorded in the transcript as 4-0.
