Later in the meeting Commissioner Steve Alberico moved to approve the site plan for PLN24-099 with the four findings and two conditions listed in the staff report; Commissioner Tony Cammarata seconded and the motion passed with a vote of 4-0. The meeting was adjourned on a motion by Commissioner Tony Cammarata, seconded by Commissioner Steve Alberico; the clerk recorded adjournment at 6:23 p.m. Suzanne Pugsley, Senior Planner, is shown as having submitted the meeting record.
