The Arlington Board of Mayor and Aldermen on Feb. 2 approved Resolution 2026-02 on the consent agenda, authorizing Mayor Mike Wissman to enter into a development agreement with Maybury Development S-Corp for Maybury PD, a project on 25.6 acres on the southeast side of Hayes Road roughly 1,400 feet east of Airline Road.
Mayor Wissman called for the consent agenda, and Alderman Jeremy Biggs moved to approve. Alderman Dwight Barker seconded the motion, and the board voted unanimously to adopt the resolution as part of the consent agenda.
The development agreement was approved as consent business; board members did not pull the item for additional discussion. The signed agreement will be on file per town procedures and available at Town Hall.
