The Arlington Board of Mayor and Aldermen approved its consent agenda, which included Resolution 2025-43 authorizing the mayor to execute a development agreement with Tower Ventures CRE, LLC for Providence Place PD Phase 4 (6.30 acres south of Milton Wilson Blvd and east of Airline Road), and the first reading of Ordinance 2025-08 to amend the FY 2025–26 budget.
Mayor Wissman said the Town’s October financial reports and the Treasurer’s report are on file at Town Hall. Alderman Oscar Brooks moved approval of the consent agenda and Vice Mayor Harry McKee seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
Next steps: the Providence Place development agreement will be executed and budget amendment will return for subsequent readings and adoption as required.
